Professor Tom Lawton MBE, is the Head of Clinical Artificial Intelligence at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Honorary Visiting Professor of Computer Science at the University of York.

A former computer programmer and current NHS-R fellow, Tom brings over a decade of clinical experience to the SCAIL team, helping bridge the critical gap of research and analysis of AI’s impact on clinicians.
